Nail-do Accessories

I recently purchased these from my work place because the stickers were so cute and the nail dot pen does wonders at times.

The sticker pack in the middle is $4, and the ones on the left and right are $3 each. The nail dot pen is $6, I think....

They're fun stuff to have if you like doing your nails.

Donut hair.

The secret to making a nice bun: hair donut!
hair donut purchased from H&M

I bought my hair donut from H&M for like 3 dollars or something like that. However, if you don't like this material or don't want to spend like 3 dollars, you can find tutorials on either youtube or pinterest to make one out of a sock.
(The bobby pins are only necessary if your hair has lots of layers and it kinda falls out of the bun)

Above is my hair put in a bun using the hair donut. I know it isn't the best angle to see what the bun actually looks like, but it is a very nice bun to have on your head. It's definitely not that easy to do it in the beginning, but if you keep practicing, it'll get easier!

My Own Nail Salon

I've been into kind of discovering what I can do with the crazy bunch of nail polishes I own.

It's just a combination of different colors and "styles" that go well together, and I think it suits the Spring season, although the colors are neutral enough to suit all and any seasons. :)

All the nail polishes that I used to do my nails. :D

New Adds from TFS

It's been a while since I've updated this blog :( I've been quite busy with life... but I'm back!

I will be featuring three items from TFS (The Faceshop) that I have recently purchased.

Volcanic Clay Black Head Dual Nose Sheet

This item... the name of it explains it all. It is a black head dual nose sheet. The steps are all shown and written on the product, but you first wash your face clean with cleansing foam/soap/etc, and pat it dry with a towel.

Step 1 is a sheet of what looks like cotton that you put on your nose. After 10-15 minutes of putting it on, you peel it off. Then you open the side for step 2, which is sort of like a gel type of mask sheet for the nose. After 10-15 minutes of leaving it on, you peel it off and your nose is looking and feeling clean. :)

Cherry Blossom Hair Mist

The picture on the right shows one of my favorite hair products that I have recently discovered at my own work place. It's a hair mist, meaning it helps revitalize and hydrate your hair. It also makes your hair smell amazing-- like "cherry blossom." Mmmm... smells gooooooood.

My mom really liked it that she made me buy one for her too. It's only $7 !

Micro Cleansing Glove
Okay. This is... an interesting item that I've purchased. It's a micro cleansing glove, which you use when you wash your face. You put a little bit of what you use to wash your face (cleansing foam, soap, etc) and you fold the glove in half and rub a little. Then you use that to clean/exfoliate your face. I can't tell if it's working well for me yet just because it is supposed to clean my pores, but I definitely like the idea of it :)

New Beauty Item: Blush

"Lovely Me:ex Pastel Cushion Blusher" is the ridiculously long name of the new blush added to my everyday makeup! YAY. I actually don't really use blush much because my cheeks have a natural redness about them that make it seem like I'm wearing blush. However, I fell in love with this blush since day 1 of working at The Faceshop. But because of the fact that I don't really use blush as a part of my daily makeup, I went in my "dilemma" mode. After four months of working there and really debating and wearing it every time I went to work with the tester that we have, I finally purchased one for myself.

It's in the color of Coral, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I definitely do think that a light layer of this blush on my cheeks do give a natural looking glow on my cheeks. And a plus is that it's in such a cute packaging. Yay for finding the perfect color that I very much love!

A short blog post about this new blush, but I hope you enjoyed it! :)

Half&Half.

NAILS. finally found some time to do my nails and explore a little with the huge pile of nail polishes that my best friend left with me before going to the army.

These are the nail polishes I used for this one. To the very left is the base coat from The Faceshop. The two clear ones on the right are the quick dry top coat (left) from Revlon and the hardener from Sally Hansen. The rest in the middle, are the ones I used to actually "style" my nails. The one on the left is the Gem Crush "Razzle Dazzler" from Sally Hansen, and the one in the middle is "baby pink" from Forever 21, and the one on the right is "Time Square" from NYC.

Left hand; baby pink + razzle dazzler

Right hand; time square (pink)

Just a simple nail post, hope you enjoyed it :)
