Korean Cosmetics Haul

My mom's friend recently visited Korea and brought me a bunch of stuff that I had asked her to bring me. Yes, I work at The Faceshop, but I do find things pretty expensive here in America. It's not easy for me to make up my mind to purchase anything that costs a lot as I would think so for a lot of you out there, so I took this chance.
I'm SO excited to use them and I can't wait to give reviews for each item once I use them!

Here is an overview photo of my Korean Cosmetics Haul (for the first time). Since I haven't really used many of them, I cannot give detailed reviews of whether it works well or not. However, I will go over the different items as much as I can.

1. The Faceshop: The Smim Radiating Moisturizing Cushion Sun

***The Smim line at The Faceshop is a "fermentation" line and this line without 5 additives. This pink line in particular, is the "radiance" line with whitening in it, and its main components are tibetan mushroom, berries, and a natural powder that helps with the radiance part.

          -SPF50+/ PA+++
          -6 in one: Sunscreen, Moisturization, Blemish Coverage, Radiance, Nice skin tone, Whitening

I wanted this so badly when it first came into our store. I didn't even dare to buy though, because it was $50. I am so excited to try this one out!

2. The Faceshop: Natural Sun Whitening Mist Sun

This is another "sun" product, but in a mist form. A lot of customers actually ask for this because it's easy to spray any time, and it's also light enough to be carried around everywhere. (I can't remember how much this costs at our store.)

          -SPF40
          -Whitening

The sun gets pretty darn strong in California during the summer and I am so ready with this mist sunscreen. It'll be nice to spray this on a few times throughout the day!

3. The Faceshop: Pure CC Cream (02 Natural Beige)

I finally found the CC cream that suits me well from our store. The regular CC cream is a bit thick for me, and my dead skin that wasn't exfoliated would show up way too well with the thicker creams. I really wanted this but this costs $33 at our store.

          -Color Control
          -SPF30 PA++, Wrinkle Care, Whitening
          -Natural Beige 02

I'm running low on my Nature Republic CC cream, and I'm excited to use this one along with another CC cream from Etude.

4. Etude House: Correct & Care CC Cream (01 Silky)

I've never used Etude House make up in general other than one chapstick sort of a thing long time ago, so I'm excited but a little nervous about using this. I have no idea how much this costs in Korea, and I don't think America has Etude House products available anywhere.

          -8 in 1 multi-function
          -SPF30/ PA++
          -Anti-Aging, Stress Relief, Hydration, Whitening, Sun Protection, Tone-Up, Smooth Texture, Luminosity
          -01 Silky

5. The Faceshop: Face it Maxx' Eye Mascara (03 Plus Long Lash)

There are definitely certain mascaras that I try on at work, and so far this has been my favorite. I'm so excited that I was able to get it this time around, because this thing is like $28 or something like that. The brush of this mascara has two sides to it that are different. It helps to brush up your lashes better to make them longer. I'm excited to own my own, and see for myself how well it continues to work for me.

6. The Faceshop: Kiss The Color Cushion Touch Lip Tint (01 Draw Coral)

I love the packaging for this item. I actually found this online and wanted it in the many different colors that were offered. However, I ended up choosing the coral one and It's pretty. I'm not sure how it'll look on me, but worth a try. (I guess this is a new product because our store actually don't have this.)

7. The Faceshop: Lovely Me:ex Aqua Tint (01 Juicy Cherry)

I actually own this, bought from our store. I got another one with the rest of the Korean Cosmetics Haul. I would have to say that this is the best selling tint in our store. It's about $8 and this color in particular is what most women like.

8. The Faceshop: Face It Extreme Brush Pen Eyeliner

This eyeliner is a brush type liquid eyeliner, and it is one of THE best selling eyeliner. It's $16 at our store, but I really wanted one for myself. Wish granted :D

9. Etude House: Lovely Cookie Blusher

To the left is the 06 Grapefruit Jelly, and to the right is 02 Strawberry Shu. There isn't much to say about this other than the fact that I'm excited.

THAT was the end of my very recent Korean cosmetics haul. I'm so excited to be able to use this all! A special shout out to my mom's friend/ my aunt, for getting me all of these from Korea. I'll be back later with specific reviews for these items!

EYELASH EXTENSIONS: Joy Kim

It's really been a while since I've put up a blog post on here.
Here's another post on eyelash extensions done by me.

Customer/Model: Joy Kim

Her lashes were easy to work with because she had a nice width and lashes that weren't clumped together. I used 9mm, 10mm, and 11mm lashes, which is what I use for most people. It creates a very natural looking but long and thick lashes.

The 1st and the 3rd pictures are the "before" pictures and the 2nd and the 4th pictures are the "after" pictures. The last picture was taken right after the procedure, so she was a bit teary-eyed.

$45 for lash extensions :) Contact me for details if you're interested !
